You go, girl! More parallel lives -- I'm doing it too. Look for RogueTess. I finished a novel in 1995, I think (cranked it out to meet a contest deadline), but haven't experienced writerly discipline since then. We'll see how far I get... Teresa
ih godness. i'm passing on NaNo this year. though i was determined to do it, just a week ago. what with a newly preganant friend who asked for a knit something for her and baby (jeez. i just STARTED learning! does everybody ask for knit things once you start knitting?) the yule gifts i have planned, along with finishing the handmade cards and such, i think it'll be too much for me to try and tackle NaNo this time.
but wow, good luck to you! my friend manda had done NaNo 5 times, and finished ONCE. but she loves it. i bet you will too...
Just checking in with my buddy! I'm at 1,250 so far. Have NOT been able to log in to the site for a couple of days. Grateful to be getting e-mails from my region, though. Hope you're writing -- rah! rah! rah! Teresa
